EDIT 14th May 2012 - Fixed some things, like colors... Overal fixing. New layout.

Personal art, of my beloved dog, Samaenthiel. He'd be 4 today... Happy birthday.

Samaenthiel, laying there in eternal slumber, slowly crystallized, turning into crystalline.
Btw - just after I posted it, it snowed through night. For the first time in the year here, which wasn't expected. Sam loved snow, he got even happier then... Thank you. Magic!

I've been doing this for about a year, very much on-off, because I actually never had time to work on it. But, mostly in the 2nd half of 2011 til now. I said myself I had to finish it til today otherwise I couldn' t forgive myself. I'm not very satisfied with it, I'll never be, whatever I'd do. I'll never give him enough justice to make something as good as he was.

I can relate. I, too, have a great dog that I feel my skills are unable to capture in her full essence. In fact, I am too afarid to even try and fail! So props for giving it a shot at all.
